Nearly 3000 participants took part in the IAEA’s 68th General Conference in Vienna this week, with more than 10,300 people joining online.
The conference sets the course of the Agency's work for the coming year, as it seeks to improve the lives and well-being of people worldwide.
Atoms4Food was the focus of the Scientific Forum, the conference’s main side event. This flagship initiative seeks to use nuclear techniques in agriculture to help solve global hunger and food shortages.
