The I-70 Floyd Hill Project is entering a major construction phase as crews build a new westbound I-70 alignment along the hillside south of Clear Creek. The animation video shows how crews will construct a cast-in-place segmental bridge (also known as "The Live Lift"), which will carry westbound I-70 in its new alignment. The animation is not an accurate representation of the I-70 Mountain landscape, but an illustration of how construction will proceed over live traffic.
