Southbound Interstate 15 crossing from the Nevada-California border at Primm to the CA Inspection Station. As of the time this was shot, little work shows on the construction of the 3rd lane that is being added to this stretch of road. Shot September 6, 2022 (the day after Labor Day when there would have been a huge backup here), sped up 4x. The towers to the right with the bright light are part of the Ivanpah solar facility.
