I spent a week wearing the new $100 Fitbit Air on one wrist and the Apple Watch Series 11 on the other to see if a minimalist, screen-less tracker can actually compete with a premium smartwatch.

The Fitbit Air has good health tracking without the monthly subscription fees — but is it as accurate as the Apple Watch? In this video, I put both devices head-to-head to test heart rate accuracy, sleep stage tracking, and workout detection.
