So…. We are starting off this year with a new series 🤩
This is absolutely insane BUT HERE WE ARE !
I won an online auction for a property located in Tocsin, Indiana just outside of Fort Wayne, my current hometown. It’s not too far from the big city but it’s A LOT closer to my family. The property has almost 2 acres of land and of course a small home that sits on it. I’m actually not kidding when I tell you I did not even look at this property beforehand when I bid on it….i wasn’t expecting to fully win but I did and so now I obviously need to see it in person.
I do plan on living in both this house and my mobile home at the same time, due to several reasons but this wont be FOREVER so it will be a little bit of a challenge but I think I’ll manage. I have a lot to do with this property and hopefully upgrading it to the house of my dreams! I love the idea of exploring an add on and remodeling, I hope you follow along on this journey to see where it takes me…..hopefully not bankrupt.
