This is what 5 years of footage boiled down looks like. Somehow Lou was able to find all the best moments from all different chapters of our life, filmed all over the world, and unite it all with a theme that is so dear to our hearts.
Angela Duckworth says, "...interests are not discovered through introspection. Instead, interests are triggered by interactions with the outside world. The process of interest discovery can be messy, serendipitous, and inefficient. This is because you can't really predict with certainty what will capture your attention and what won't...Without experimenting, you can't figure out which interests will stick, and which won't.” And that's what we try to do with this channel - be brave, be creative, be honest and push ourselves to interact with the world in the biggest way we know how (even when it's scary!). Our greatest hope is that these videos bring joy and creative inspiration into your life. And that's one of the big reasons we decided to make this line of jewelry. Having a physical reminder around my neck of my grit always pushed me in the right direction these past few years. It helped me keep going on difficult hikes, stick with van life dreams when bureaucracy tried to get us down, and I held on tight as we learned to sail this past summer. So whether you buy a necklace or not, I hope that this video is a reminder to you that you can do anything you set your mind to and that you're stronger than you realize.
