Hey guys, thanks for clicking on this video.

So I know I wanted to film a year being vegan update- but I didn't realise it'll go like this...

I was trying to fall asleep last night and all these thoughts and feelings rushed in my head, so I grabbed my phone and started typing in my notes how I was feeling, what being vegan meant for me, what out taught me. So this is why I'm reading from my phone in this video, I didn't want to miss anything.

It felt like I had done a therapy session after filming this, but its all real and raw.
