I've been wanting to do something like this for a really long time, swapping out the screens in favour of simplicity. And, this summer, I finally did it — no phone, no laptop, no social media... just life, unplugged. The ultimate digital detox. In this video, I take you through my 7-day screen-free journey of embracing a more analogue lifestyle.
