For May the Fourth (Star Wars Day) Fortnite re-released some Star Wars skins from The Rise of Skywalker and had lightsabers available to use in-game. Even though I've never played Fortnite before this, I thought it might be a fun idea to check out these Star Wars Fortnite skins and give the game a try. Not only is this the first time I’ve played Fortnite, but also the very first time I’ve ever paid for a microtransaction in any video game. 2020 is certainly a year for firsts.
This took forever to edit. I’m trying to tighten up my editing on these gameplay videos and have some kind of visual gag at least every 30 seconds to try and keep people's attention. I really went all out with this one and there are a lot of references throughout. Some of the edits include sound effects from other Star Wars games. I wonder how many can spot these. Leave a comment if you think you know which games’ audio I sampled throughout the video.
