I went into Final Fantasy XVI with expectations shaped by years of the series. What I got was something very different.

This isn’t a technical breakdown or a traditional review. It’s an honest reflection on how FF16 surprised me, challenged what I thought a Final Fantasy game could be, and stuck with me emotionally in ways I didn’t expect.
