I wasn’t born a great communicator.

I was the awkward kid who overthought every conversation, replayed interactions in my head, and wished I knew what to say.

Years later, I’ve taught communication to leaders, executives, and even at Harvard.

The wild part? Social skills aren’t something you’re born with—they’re something you learn.

That’s why I wrote Conversation. It’s the book I wish I had when I was younger: practical, science-backed tools to help you connect faster, communicate with confidence, and build stronger relationships in every area of life.

If a former awkward human can do it, trust me—you can too.
