For years, I’ve been pretty clear about this… I had no interest in digitizing my vinyl records.
To me, it always felt like it defeated the purpose. If I wanted digital, I’d just stream it. If I wanted vinyl, I’d spin the record. Simple as that.
But recently, something changed.
In this video, I walk through the one use case that finally made digitizing my records make sense—for me. It’s not about perfection, it’s not about cleaning things up, and it’s definitely not about replacing the analog experience.
Instead, it’s about taking that experience with me.
No track splitting. No noise reduction. No polishing. Just a straight, real-time capture of the record—imperfections and all—so I can listen on the go and still feel like I’m spinning vinyl.
