In yellowfang's secret Molepelt gives Featherwhiskerpaw a prophecy regarding brokenstar's reign poisoning the other three clans as a punishment for skyclan's banishment. Molepelt was the current shadowclan medicine cat when skyclan was banished and delivered this news to featherwhiskerpaw. While a vision of what happened wasn't canonically shown, its just my little headcanon. Featherwhisker is a very empathetic cat and seeing this at his first moonstone gathering would surely devastate him.
