Her evacuation came after Israel launched a series of airstrikes on its neighbour in an attempt to take out what it says are Hezbollah targets.

Three weeks of intense Israeli attacks on Lebanon have killed more than 1,400 people, according to Lebanese authorities.

Gia joins the more than 1.2 million people who have so far been displaced.
