Welcome to Roots, an authentic vanilla Minecraft Let's Play where I try to rediscover what made me fall in love with Minecraft way back in 2013. This series aims to capture the nostalgia of "golden age" Minecraft with the new, modern content. Rather than rush through, I want to take time to slow down and enjoy the little moments like I did when I was a kid. Inspiration for this series came in part from @Mogswamp and his insane superflat forever world!
In episode 20, I venture to a Trial Chamber in search of a heavy core. My goal is to craft a mace, which will help me defeat the wither who has caused me so much grief. This video ends in failure, and the lessons learned from it.
