Welcome to Episode 1 of my brand new whole house makeover series! In this video, I’m transforming the guest bedroom in my son and daughter-in-law’s new home using mostly thrift store finds, budget-friendly decorating ideas, and lots of DIY touches. The room already had beautiful built-in bookcases, so I decided to lean into a cozy library-inspired Ralph Lauren and English country style with layered textures, vintage decor, warm lighting, and collected thrifted finds.
I’ll show you how I used thrift store decor, affordable upgrades, DIY projects, paint, wallpaper, lighting, and creative styling ideas to completely change the look and feel of this room without spending a fortune.
