I took a piece of classic art and rebuilt it as a miniature diorama.
This project was inspired by a dramatic painting of a boat caught in a storm. I recreated the scene with a tiny ship, rough ocean waves, sails, ropes, foam, paint, sculpting, and a lot of small handmade details. The goal was to make the painting feel alive, as if the boat had sailed out of the canvas and straight into a real storm.
