In this video I try needle felting for the first (and last) time. Am I just bad at it, or do all first attempts look like this?

Regardless, judging by how often I stabbed myself, I think this craft might not be so good for my... health and safety, lol.

Can any of you do needle felting? And does it require more patience then I have? Why was it so hard?? 🥺😳😤
