In December I received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) for accidentally driving through a bus gate / bus lane in Cambridge. I was caught by a camera driving through a gate on Silver Street. In this video, I describe my nightmarish experiences of challenging the fine and share my opinions on why I think the fine was unfair or at least deserved leniency.
