This video was shared to me by over 100 people!!! Everyone was curious to see if it actually worked and of course, so was I.
I tried it out with a few different fabrics and was not digging it UNTIL I used this super stretchy, slinky, spandexy fabric. I dont know the exact name, as I bought it downtown and there's no labels but it is:
-light weight
-super stretchy
-cuts clean
-opaque
After I made this one, I tried to make it with a thicker fabric but it didn't drape nearly as well. So light weight, stretchy is the way to go!

MEASUREMENTS
-2 Yards of fabric
-Neckhole 12"
-Shoulder 2"
-Side cuts 24" (12" on either side of neck hole)
