In this video I unbox and try the SoundPEATS Clip1 Open-Ear Bluetooth Earbuds from SoundPEATS and share my real first impressions.
When I put them on they felt oddly comfortable. Even riding my e-bike through the woods they stayed firmly in place and never felt loose, which honestly surprised me for an open-ear design.
One feature I really like is the “find my earbud” function. It makes locating a misplaced bud quick and stress free. Each earbud weighs only around 5g, so you barely notice them, and I managed close to the quoted 8 hours of continuous playback on a single charge.
Because these are open-ear, you can still hear what’s happening around you, which makes them a great option for cycling and road riding where awareness really matters. For me, this is a nice piece of tech that genuinely helps improve safety while still letting you enjoy music or podcasts.
