I am a meat lover and a fussy eater but for the sake of the planet I want to cut down on my meat consumption 🌍 Doing Veganuary is a step too far for me so we're starting with the less daunting challenge of being vegetarian. How did it go? What about my stoma? Did I miss meat? Did I even "succeed"?

If you're wondering about me talking about getting a Gousto box when I've previously worked with Hello Fresh, it's because they were involved in a workers rights scandal last year so I no longer feel comfortable working with them. Hopefully Gousto have a better record so using them for now.
