Today I’m trying the viral resin technique that uses mica powder sprinkled straight onto a mould then sprayed with 99% isopropyl alcohol, then resin poured on top. Instead of resin though Im testing it out to see if it works just as well with eco resin. I’m making 4 coasters to test out this method. I hope you enjoy today’s video.

Always work in a well-ventilated area when using epoxy resin or UV resin. Wear nitrile gloves and avoid skin contact. Keep resin away from children and pets until fully cured. Dispose of uncured resin responsibly—never pour it down the drain.
When working with any eco resin casting powders, avoid breathing in the dust. I recommend wearing suitable respiratory protection and following the manufacturer’s safety guidance and mixing ratios.
