I tried a **resin trinket dish with a technique** after watching Lianne @epoxyliciousbyLianne and then made the brilliant decision NOT to actually watch the video while I was doing it.
In this resin art experiment, I'm using **iridescent gold, red gold and ocean white** to see what happens when I attempt a resin technique from memory. I started with a small coaster because, let's be honest, if I was going to mess it up, I wasn't wasting a massive amount of resin!
And then things got interesting…So did I remember how to do it?
No.
Did I completely fluff it up?
Possibly.
Did I keep pouring resin anyway?
Obviously. 🤦♀️
The colours started moving, the middle created this gorgeous pattern and that **fiery gold/red effect** ended up being one of my favourite parts. It might not be a proper resin bloom, but I actually ended up with something I really like — and even turned it into a little **resin trinket dish**.
So… did I succeed, fail, or accidentally create something better than what I was trying to make?
