In this video, I tried a RAGE RITUAL with LA witches, Mia Magik, Rachel Pringle, and Moun D'Simone.
In October, I released a video about my day with a witch named Mia Magik:

During our day together, Mia mentioned that she likes to do "rage rituals" with her witch friends. This sounded very intriguing to me because I am someone who doesn't really get "angry." If I do start to feel anger coming up, I usually just push it away or ignore it.
So I thought it might be fun to try a rage ritual and let myself get angry for once. So I called Mia to see if we could set up a rage ritual. She said yes and that she would bring some of her witch friends to join us. I invited my new friend Queen Tasha along for the adventure. So we headed into the mountains to meet the witches and release our anger.
I had no idea how much emotion I was storing in my body. It felt so great to release this emotion in a safe container. We also have an open discussion in this video about anger, emotions, and why the practice of a rage ritual is so beneficial.
