Hiking the Skaftafell glacier was an absolute dream! This is the glacier that they hiked across in Interstellar, and it walking along the icy surface really does make you feel like you’re on another planet.

As someone who always craved a chilly birthday, this is by far the coolest way to celebrate my birthday, and it immediately became a core memory I’ll never forget
