Sonicake recently sent me their first electric guitar, the Sonicake QGT10 Stratocaster. For a budget guitar, It really isn't bad - but it absolutely comes to life with a few little tweaks/fixes and upgrades.

One thing I wanted to do in particular was to change the neck to a maple one, which I have now done!

Personally I think this simple guitar modification has really transformed it & made it so much better. it already sounded fantastic (again, for such a cheap budget friendly guitar!) But now I think it looks even better too.
