Using baby weights for one day and then the next doing the same exercise but way heavy. "Greasing the groove" is a term passed around in calisthenics and other skill based specialties. But could there be benefits to applying it to hypertrophy? Thats what I wanted to find out so I did one grease the groove day followed by one heavy day. Was it too much junk volume? Or did I unlock a new technique for muscle growth.
