Houndoom is....usable? I guess? Barely? Love the Pokemon but it's VERY hard to play with in this format...unless we see Psyspam :)

"Community Chaos" is a brand new series I've started where YOU pick obscure and underused Pokemon for me to use on the in-game VGC ladder!
I'll take a Pokemon that gets picked by YOU (in the comments!), build a team around it, and try to win games with it -- both for my fulfillment and improvement as a teambuilder, and for your entertainment. Enjoy!

EDIT: (Whoops, the Clefairy I used had Cute Charm instead of Friend Guard. That probably didn't help!!)


Rules of the Challenge:
1. The Pokemon chosen has to have a less than 1% usage rage on Pikalytics
2. I have to bring the featured Pokemon to every game!
3. I can't test the team beforehand.
4. I can't look up previous strategies used with the Pokemon beforehand.
