Here’s how I did it:
-Customized secondhand Ikea Hemnes shelves to make built-ins
-Styled the shelves with my favorite keepsakes & thrift finds collected over the years
-Added hidden storage at the top that's perfect for storing seasonal decor
-Hand painted a mural on the other walls & painted the shelves a complementary color
