Rare and obscure footage thought lost until now of TOBOR the robot from the Captain Video and his Video Rangers series 1949 - 1953. I believe that TOBOR only appeared in one or two episodes in 1953. Tobor was played by actor Dave Ballard. Also shown is the Galaxy II rocket spaceship.
Disclaimer on video quality: This is a very poor quality clip I made simply by holding my video camera in front of my laptop LCD screen. Source was much better especially of TOBOR. Also not to be confused with "Tobor the Great" movie.
