It is a beautiful, snowy morning here in Michigan, and we are getting into the holiday spirit! Today, I am taking you along for a festive day of Christmas shopping with my mom. We are hitting up the local spots, starting with the Ella White Christmas Craft Show and checking out the Second Chance resale shop. We found so many cute decorations (wait until you see the little red truck I bought!) and even got to snuggle some adorable kittens. We also stopped by the "Blue Goose" event at Walmart where they are filling police trucks with toys for kids—such a heartwarming cause!
But the absolute biggest surprise of the day happened after I dropped my mom off. Remember those raffle tickets we bought? Well, I actually WON! But they didn't tell me what I won until I got there. Spoiler alert: It wasn't just a basket. It was a massive camping haul loaded into a wagon! Join me back at the house as I unbox everything, from a tent and chairs to... 12 cans of pie filling?
After the unboxing, we head into the kitchen where the girls (especially Memphis) are ready to help. Memphis's coat is looking absolutely amazing lately, and she is feeling great. Since we have so much pie filling from the raffle win, I decided to whip up a delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberry Dump Cake for the cooking channel. It’s a jam-packed vlog full of snow, shopping, big wins, and sleepy Huskies. Thanks for hanging out with us!
