🚨 Stop using the Ampero Mini just for guitar. It’s actually a secret weapon for industrial noise, DIY synths, and experimental sound design. In this video, I’m pushing the bit-crushers, heavy reverbs, and feedback loops to see how it handles the Bastl Kastle 2, SOMA RoAT, and my own DIY noise boxes.

The Ampero Mini is famous for its compact size and high-end amp modeling, but its real power lies in its stereo processing and it's stunnign effects. In this video, we go from unboxing the unit to building custom patches like "Alchemist's Veil", "Void Maker" and "Ancient Violence" to see if we can turn 8-bit chaos and spring scrapes into cinematic gold.

While many people use the Zoom MS-70CDR or the Pocket Master for their tabletop synth rigs, the Ampero Mini offers a touchscreen workflow and high-end CDCM HD & F.I.R.E. modeling that makes it a serious contender for the best compact multi-FX.

Huge thanks goes to @HotoneAudio for sending me this unit to check it out!
You can check the Ampero Mini and other products on their website.

❓ FAQ: AMPERO MINI FOR SYNTHS
Q: Can it handle Line Level signals from synths?
A: Yes. I set the Global Input to "Line" to ensure the high-output oscillators didn't clip the converters.

Q: Is it Stereo?
A: The input is Mono (perfect for these synths), but the output is Full Stereo. This is what gives the "Black Hole" and "Cloud" reverbs their massive depth.

Q: Why use a guitar pedal for a synth?
A: Guitar modelers like the Ampero Mini offer high-quality "IR" (Impulse Response) support and amp modeling that gives digital synths a "physical" feel that's hard to get in a DAW.
