In this video I'm testing whether dealerships are actually following the FTC's new pricing guidance after 97 dealership groups were warned for advertising one price and charging another.

I called on a Honda Civic Type R and ran into a dealer with a $10,000 markup nowhere on their website, one that hung up on me twice, and one that kept insisting the price online was "just MSRP" until he admitted we were going in circles.

Judge for yourself whether these dealers are actually following the rules.
