What is the hardest COD MW2 DMZ challenge? Solo Al Mazrah and Koschei from nothing.

I take a fresh operator with single plate armour and a floor loot contraband weapon, deploy into Al Mazrah, gear up, find one of the secret entrances to the Koschei Complex, and exfil from there.
Can it be done? Can it be done by me?
