We attempted the impossible: AWD swapping a dead Standard Range Tesla Model 3… in 20 minutes.
Motors? Swapped. Inverters? Done. Subframes, battery pack, VC Front, VC Left all from a Performance donor car. We even moved the security module, the gateway, and the rack.
So why won’t it move?
This was supposed to be the final episode in this build but of course, nothing ever goes smoothly. If you've been following the series, you already know how cursed this car is. And if you're new here... buckle up.
