What happens when your paint your clients bathroom black without telling them? Tears? Shock? Unable to speak? Yep all of the above. This powder room makeover did not go as planned. When my client Sue asked me to makeover 2 rooms in her skin clinic, she also wanted the powder room freshened up but we decided there wasn't enough in the budget for that. However after selling a few of the items she no longer needed in the the clinic, i managed to have enough to do it and decided NOT TO TELL HER that i was doing it. Nor that it was going to be BLACK!. This was a massive risk considering the other 2 rooms were light and bright white. Did she hate it? Find out now.
