so theres 3 players, the server host (ruby), my friend who gets scammed (topaz), and my second account (sapphire). ruby player is internally given the number id '0' when joining the server. topaz player joins and gets the number '1' internally. ruby player and topaz player deal damage to boss and a check happens. basically its a checkbox saying "player with id '0' did damage, player with id '1' did damage," etc. topaz player leaves the world, so now no player has the id '1'. sapphire player joins and is given id '1'. the games has the checkbox already checked for player with id '1', so sapphire player gets the bag. topaz player rejoins and gets id '2' and the checkbox is not checked so there's no bag.
