Another must-try experience is getting an Ayurvedic massage done at the Ayurmana. The rhythmic massage in this therapy helps relieve joint pains and any muscle stiffness and improves the skin's texture.
But whatever you do during the day, keep your evening free to simply enjoy the beautiful sunset on the banks of Lake Vembanad.
