Loopy Pro is a really interesting forward thinking looping and control platform for IOS. Part DAW part midi controller, it makes for a really interesting way of making music. Born out of the need to create an ambient rig that was small, portable, and didnt require too much power, I downloaded Loopy Pro and made a project file dedicated to ambient looping. Thanks to Loopy Pro's flexible UI and routing, what I came up with made performing improvised Ambient music easy and fun. I've also devised and incredible system to hook Loopy up to Ableton Live via link audio, and I will release that video once I've perfected that system.
