I’m starting from scratch and rebuilding my TMNT collection the hard way — no online buying, no shortcuts. Every figure in this series has to be found out in the wild at toy shows, toy stores, flea markets, and unexpected stops along the way.

In this episode, I kick off TMNT: The Recollection Series by focusing strictly on the 1988 lineup and manage to find 5 of the original 10 figures right out of the gate. But the real challenge is staying disciplined, staying focused, and resisting the easy button.

This series is about the real collector experience — digging through bins, scanning tables, making deals, and letting the hunt unfold naturally.
