As someone who strives to live life being awake and aware for every moment, I like to try crazy difficult meditation challenges. On this day I spent around 9 hours doing a walking meditation along the streets of Chengdu, China. By walking meditation I mean walking unbelievably slowly and mindfully with every step. In total, I traveled just 1.8 km or 1.1 miles.
I encourage all those interested in mindfulness and meditation to try out the Walking Meditation Challenge. Film yourself walking unbelievably slowly in the most crazy place you can imagine. Please feel free share any crazy walking meditation experiences you've had in the comments section.
The inspiration for this video and this challenge was "Walker" by Tsai Ming-liang, a captivating short film about a monk walking throughout the streets of Hong Kong. I highly recommend it.

![Dancing Across China In Search of Love Part 3 ❤️🇨🇳
Since I was a boy, my greatest dream has been to find the one—to travel the world and experience that magical moment where eyes meet, hearts connect, and the world erupts into song and dance.
Now, I embark on an adventure through Hangzhou’s West Lake. Along the way, I serenade strangers, dance beneath willow trees, and search for love in its purest form.
From spontaneous street dances to deep conversations with locals, this episode feels different—like destiny is in the air. Could China be where I finally find home?
Join me, Noah, as I dance, dream, and discover the beauty of human connection in one of China’s most romantic cities.
