The Pentagon’s fourth UAP release is here, with 40 newly released files—including 19 videos, 14 documents, three images, and four audio recordings.
In this investigation, I begin with the viral “floating brain” footage from over the Atlantic Ocean and compare the internet version with the original government-released PR116 video. I examine the object’s unusual shape, wobbling motion, apparent reflectivity, reported size, lack of visible propulsion, and whether it could have been a balloon—or something still unresolved.
I also demonstrate why AI enhancement must be treated carefully. Enhancement can remove noise and improve visibility, but it can also invent convincing details and structures that were never present in the original footage.
Release 04 also contains additional unresolved military videos from the East China Sea and Yellow Sea, along with historical government records and a remarkable 2015 report involving an unidentified object detected near the Pantex nuclear-weapons facility in Texas.
The quality and complexity of these releases appear to be increasing. I will show you the original material, the available reporting documents, what I noticed, and what I believe the evidence does—and does not—support.
