I shut down my 8-figure company for 48 hours, split all 68 employees into 12 teams, and told them nobody was leaving until they shipped a real AI agent no engineers allowed to build.
11 out of 12 teams had production-ready AI bots live in our company within 48 hours. The 12th team finished the following Monday. Total investment: about $120K in payroll, food, and production. Return: a 3-4x revenue multiplier, conservatively.
