For nearly 20 years, I searched for one specific trombone.

Not just any Earl Williams... an Earl Williams Model 4.

The first time I played one was over two decades ago at the home of legendary trombone historian John Noxon. The instrument belonged to the legendary Dick Nash, and I still remember thinking it was one of the greatest trombones I had ever played.

From that day forward, I was determined to find one.

After years of searching, setting up Google Alerts, talking with collectors, and waiting for the right opportunity, I finally found an incredible Los Angeles Earl Williams Model 4 in outstanding condition.
