TW: SA, Abuse - if you choose to watch, please take care of yourself. This story may be difficult or triggering.
Last year, I shared this story on my fitness channel. Now, I decided to turn it into a short film. It is still one of the hardest things I’ve ever shared.
This film is based on my own experience with sexual assault. For a long time, I didn’t have the words for what happened, and it was a long time before I felt ready to talk about it. This isn’t just about what happened - it’s about the confusion, the silence, and the process of trying to understand and move forward.
If this story reaches even one person - one girl, one woman - and makes her feel a little less alone, then sharing it is worth it to me. Thank you for being here and for holding space for something this personal. ❤️
You are not alone in what you feel. If this film brings anything up for you, please take care of yourself and consider reaching out to someone you trust. I’ve included resources below where you can find support.
This video includes a brief partnership with Prozis, whose products appear in some of the lighter moments of the film. If you’d like to check them out, you can use my code ANNA for free goodies links are below.
