Starting on the service day of December 15th, the MBTA will discontinue the East-West practice of having the last trains of the night wait for each other downtown. Well be riding the final East-West and, depending on temperature, possibly the last-ever 117 bus before Bus Network Redesign Phase 1 starts the next day!
