“I remember walking from the flat in Woodlands, through Kelvingrove Park, towards the GP Surgery and I convinced myself I didn’t need to go. I turned round and started walking back to the flat and on that walk back had another little talk with myself and was like you will really regret it if you don’t go and it is something. Hello and thanks for watching.

We exist to educate males about testicular cancer and the importance of early detection, through regular self checking.

We are on a mission to get testicular health on the agenda from an early age. We want testicular health to be talked about openly and candidly and for self checking to become part of every male’s monthly routine.

Through our education and information on the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer we want to empower males in Scotland to be proactive about their own testicular health.
