In this week’s video, I upgraded my Talaria XXX, bringing it back better than ever. After my neighbor looped it, the bike needed to be worked on. I bought new bars, pegs, a new throttle and grips to bring it back to its glory. I got color matched bars and pegs from Warp9, my throttle from Luna Cycle, and my grips from Charged Cycle Works. My buddy Chaz came over to help me rebuild it in exchange for a delicious meal at one of the finest eating establishments known to man: Texas Roadhouse. Chaz and my girlfriend helped bring this bike back to where it was before the crash, and it wouldn’t be possible without them.
In next week’s video, we are going to be rebuilding Chaz’s Talaria, after being totaled in a near death car accident forcing Chaz to be in the hospital for around 4 months time, and physical therapy to get him walking and riding again.
Once these bikes are good to go, I’ll be packing the truck up with the Talarias and driving around the country, ultimately finishing in Austin for the Mega Rideout!
