Coca-Cola is one of the most popular mixers on the planet. But I think it misses the mark when it comes to a bourbon or rum and coke. So, I decided to study Coca-Cola so I could replicate then tweak it. Turning it into the ultimate mixer for aged spirits.

Here are 6 cola recipes for you to try and then experiment with. Seriously, these names are crazy. Help me out!
Recipe 1 - Easy Cola ("real" ingredients)
300ml water
180g white sugar
100g brown sugar
2 0 g molasses
6g caramel colouring
0.7g Lemon peel
0.7g Lime Peel
1.8g Orange Peel
2.6g citric acid
0.6 Nutmeg
0.6g cinnamon
vanilla essence
0.4 Coriander seed
1 coffee bean
1 clove
Recipe 2 - Camomile Cola
Exactly the same as recipe 1. But add 0.8g of Camomile tea when you take it out of the hot water.

7.2g Lime Oil
1.5g Cassia Oil
2.5g Nutmet Oil
0.25g Patchouli Oil

0.2g Neroli (Or substitute for Petitgrain)
0.2g Methyl Benzoate
0.1g Methyl Cinnamate

108g Caramel Type IV
2.3g Cola O - Oil Concentrate (above)

20g Cola O - Emulsion (above)
30g Glycerine
7g Phosphoric Acid (85%)
0.4g Citric Acid
5g Vinegar
0.8g Caffeine Powder
Around 100ml of Water to dissolve everything above
650g Sugar
Water to top up to 1l / 1000ml

20g Cola O - Emulsion (above)
60g Glycerine
3g Phosphoric Acid (85%)
0.4g Citric Acid
6.4g Vinegar
0.8g Caffeine Powder
Around 100ml of Water to dissolve everything above

Water to top up to 1l / 1000ml
